The most successful renovations don't compete with a home's history—they build upon it.

For this project, the goal wasn't simply to add square footage. By extending the front of the home, we created a more welcoming arrival, a spacious primary bath, and the opportunity for an additional guest bath within a new second-floor dormer. Every decision was made with the intent of preserving the home's character while improving the way it functions every day.

The result is a home that feels brighter, more balanced, and more comfortable to live in—proof that thoughtful design is often measured not by how much has changed, but by how naturally it all comes together.
